SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If additional preparation time is required, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
China: Standard shipping is $1.99 USD. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.
North America and Europe: Standard shipping is $6.99 USD, or free for orders of $200 USD or more. Estimated delivery is 7–25 business days.
Rest of World: Standard shipping is $7.99 USD. Estimated delivery is 7–25 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or an incomplete address can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order has shipped. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are clearly shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility.

Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Carrier investigations and international customs reviews may require additional time.
