How long does order processing take?

Where do you ship from?
Orders are prepared and fulfilled from Shenzhen, China.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days within China and 7–25 business days for international destinations. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, severe weather, or an incomplete address can cause additional delays.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we will send it after your order ships. Tracking can take several business days to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Can I change my address or order?
